RETURNS:

My Green Baby will accept returns for exchange or money back on unused, unwashed merchandise within a month of purchase.  If it was a baby shower gift then I will accept it a month after the baby was born.  The exchange will be for a product of equal value.  If the product has an odor or smell (ie smoke, perfumes, incents) on it, My Green Baby will not be able to honor the return policy.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:

Most of the manufacturers prefer that you deal directly with them, however I will assist in this in anyway possible.

DISCLAIMER:

All people's skin is different, My Green Baby can not be held responsible for any irritations that may arise from the use of the products that we sell.  Make sure that you rinse thoroughly and that you are using a deteregent that agrees with your baby's skin. 

All washing suggestions are just that, suggestions, and are examples of what has worked for me and others in this business.  Please use caution when adding any additives to your wash and make sure to rinse thoroughly.
